Not a pleasant situation with all the Covid-19 virus commotion. Uncertainties abound with many families, businesses and public services understandably overwhelmed. We cannot express our concerns enough, and hope for all to be well and stay safe.
Over the past several weeks, many customers have contacted us for assurances that we are open. Eurosoft’s locations are open and the team are available for you. We are very fortunate to be able to work remotely from our homes, having access to our labs and business administration as required. To manage critical business interruption such as this, we also maintain continuity practices.
Interestingly, many of our customers have asked for input on whether to remain open or close, while others have offered ideas on how they are managing. First and foremost, always follow your government guidelines for the safety and health of all. The rules vary globally and are changing so check often.
From our vantage point, customers who support, build, repair and refurbish PCs are continuing to provide essential IT services, and even PCs with the aid of delivery services and remote communication tasking. They have arranged their facilities to comply with government requirements. Depending on location, some businesses are providing curb side collection. Challenging times, but the aim is to ensure vital equipment, supporting essential services, is kept up and running. Not to mention the influx of home workers and student PCs.
Reliability of PC equipment is a requirement…testing is not just a nice-to-have. In a small, but crucial way, we’re proud to say that Eurosoft’s diagnostic software is helping to make certain PC reliability happens.
Wherever you are working from, please be assured that your purchases and updates for the Pc-Check® diagnostic software suite, ZeroData™ Windows® data erasure software and the PC Builder™ Test Management Suite are all ready, active and being delivered.
Eurosoft (UK) Ltd and Eurosoft (US) Inc are open to meet your PC service and support needs during the Covid-19 pandemic, and beyond.
