FlexLink And Eurosoft Co-partner to Benefit Computer Manufacturers
Bournemouth, UK, 21 January 2008 FlexLink, Sweden, and Eurosoft (UK) Ltd, England signed a co-operation agreement to specialise their abilities in test processes during computer production and repair.
With the combined offer, FlexLink and Eurosoft are able to offer integrated computer assembly solutions with fully automated test processing and software downloads.
The test procedure, and image (software) download, can be uniquely set for each computer. Depending on the result from Eurosoft's PC Builder Test Management Suite™ diagnosis, FlexLink's Youtilize® makes sure that the computer continues its pre-defined route on the assembly line or be rerouted to a dedicated repair station. Full production flow control, and increased yield, including test statistics and traceability are major advantages with this co- operative solution.
Eurosoft's network deployed diagnostic software, PC Builder Test Management Suite™ fully automates test phases for maximum component hardware analysis, making certain the computer is built correctly and runs reliably. FlexLink's software platform, Youtilize®, handles orders, BOM and operator instructions enabling real-time assembly flow control. Production documentation and statistics are generated automatically for traceability and continuous improvement work.
